Suede Sing Support

Need help with Suede Sing, the on-device vocal analysis app for iPhone? This page tells you how to reach us, what to include so we can help fast, and where to find the app's legal pages. Suede Sing is published by JC Investment Group LLC, doing business as Suede AI.

1. Contact support

Email info@suedeai.org with "Suede Sing" in the subject line. A real person reads every message, and we aim to respond within two business days.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About).
  • The Suede Sing app version (shown in the App Store listing or the app's settings).
  • What you were doing when the issue occurred — for example, running a range test, opening a drill, or reviewing your TonePrint history.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if the issue is visual.

2. Common questions

The app can't hear me. Check that Suede Sing has microphone access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > Suede Sing, and that no other app is holding the microphone. Wired or Bluetooth headphones with a built-in mic can also change which input iOS uses.

Where is my data stored? All analysis happens on your device, and your TonePrint history lives in the app's local storage on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to our servers — see the Suede Sing Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How do I delete my data? Uninstalling the app deletes the entire TonePrint database and all derived measurements. There is no account to close because the app never creates one.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription? Purchases are handled by Apple. Open Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit Apple's billing support. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Feature requests and feedback

Suede Sing is built by a small team that ships fast. If there's a drill you want, a measurement you'd like surfaced, or anything that felt off in a session, email info@suedeai.org — feedback directly shapes what gets built next.
