Account

Suede Labs AI on iOS uses Sign in with Apple. The Apple identity token is exchanged for a Suede session and then discarded. Your wallet address is derived from authentication and stored on-device in the iOS Keychain and server-side in your Suede account. You can sign out or delete your account from the in-app account menu. For account help, email support@suedeai.ai.

Credits and purchases

Credits unlock generation runs in the Suede Labs AI app. On iOS, credit packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Receipts are forwarded to Apple's verification chain and your credit balance is updated after Apple confirms the purchase. If a purchase completes in your Apple receipts but credits do not appear within a few minutes, the app will retry unfinished StoreKit transactions automatically. Email support with your Apple transaction ID if the balance still does not update.

Refunds

Refunds for iOS In-App Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple ID purchase history. For non-Apple purchases or billing questions, email support@suedeai.ai. Our published refund policy covers eligibility for non-App Store purchases.

Privacy and data

To request access to your data, correction, or deletion, email support@suedeai.ai. The full privacy policy explains what is collected and how it is used. Suede Labs AI does not collect photos, contacts, location, microphone audio, camera images, or the IDFA, and does not include a tracking prompt.

Technical issues

If the app fails to start, fails to play audio, or stops responding during generation, try the following:

  • Confirm you are on the latest app version from the App Store.
  • Confirm your device has network connectivity. The app streams from app.suedeai.ai over HTTPS.
  • Sign out and sign back in with Apple to refresh your session.
  • Restart the device if a previous session left audio in a stuck state.

If the issue persists, email support@suedeai.ai with the iOS version, device model, app version, and a brief description of what you were doing when it happened.
