1. Summary
- Unused credits purchased through Stripe may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Used credits, completed generations, and successful agent commerce calls are non-refundable, because the underlying work has already been performed.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not auto-renew. Fees already paid are not pro-rated.
- On-chain payments (USDC on Base or Solana, x402 settlements) are final once confirmed by the network and can only be refunded by Suede sending a separate on-chain transfer.
- Failed transactions where you were charged but the service did not deliver are eligible for refund or re-credit.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
2. Credits purchased via Stripe
Credits purchased through Stripe are refundable for 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been used. Partially used credit packages may be refunded for the portion that remains unused, at our discretion.
To request a refund, email info@suedeai.org from the email address on the account, and include the Stripe receipt number, the wallet or account ID where the credits live, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
3. Subscriptions
Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods. If a subscription is renewed by mistake (for example, you intended to cancel but did not), email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review the request.
4. Agent commerce and per-call payments
Agent commerce endpoints, including paid x402-protected APIs, charge per successful call at the price disclosed in the request schema or 402 response. A call is considered successful once the endpoint returns the requested artifact (for example, generated audio, video, or registry write).
If you were charged for a call that did not return a successful response, contact us with the request fingerprint, transaction hash, and timestamp and we will refund or re-credit the charge after verification.
5. On-chain payments (USDC on Base, Solana, x402)
Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed. We cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain payment. Where a refund is approved for an on-chain payment, we will issue a refund as a separate on-chain transfer of the same asset to the wallet you used to pay. You are responsible for ensuring the destination wallet remains accessible to you.
We are not responsible for losses caused by network congestion, gas fees, slippage, sending payment to the wrong address, or wallet, custody, or seed-phrase issues on your end.
6. Generated content quality
AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs may not match your expectations on the first try. We do not refund successful generation calls because of subjective quality concerns, but we are happy to help with prompt or workflow guidance via support.
If a generation was charged but did not produce any output (for example, the model failed and no asset was returned), that is a failed transaction under section 4 and is eligible for refund or re-credit.
7. Ownership and registry records
Once a proof-of-creation, license, or registry record has been written to a public blockchain or registry, it cannot be removed. Refunds for the corresponding service do not invalidate or remove records that have already been published. If a record was written in error and is fully off-chain on systems we control, contact us and we will help correct or remove the off-chain copy.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@suedeai.org. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of the related account or wallet.
9. Fraud and abuse
We reserve the right to deny or reverse refund requests that we determine, in good faith, are fraudulent, abusive, or part of a pattern of misuse of the Services.
